I was cleaning some files on my computer the other night, and I found a very old game I had never played before. It's a game called Remember the Sea of Tranqulity that I got from an old crack forum called infinitycrack.net – though the site doesn’t seem to be up anymore and I found nothing on Wayback Machine?

Anyway, the file has been in one of my saved documents folder I’ve been carrying overtime, my guess would be since the early 2000’s.

Very surprisingly, the executable can still be launched, but the crack is missing. Once in the main menu, clicking on "Start Game" asks you to insert "CD-ROM 2". Having the cracked version of the game I, of course, do not have the CD. Clicking on the options makes the game crash, and that’s about it. In the folder they were also some screenshots of the game that came with every crack I downloaded from the forum.

I have found no information whatsoever about this game online, apart that the game shares its name with a weird screamo song. The Sea of Tranquility looks to be some plain on the moon (???), but I don’t know if that’s much help.

I’ve created this page to share remnants of this weird game – screenshots included – in the hope that I’m not the only one who heard about it.
